Terms of use

Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter, “the Terms”) apply to all relationships concerning the cross-border e-commerce services (hereinafter, “the Services”) provided by [OUTFIT WALK]on this website (hereinafter, “the Site”).

  2. The Company may revise the Terms when deemed necessary. Any revisions shall take effect once posted on the Site.


Article 2 (User Registration)

  1. Users may apply for registration by following the procedures specified by the Company. Registration is deemed complete when the Company approves the application.

  2. The Company may refuse a registration application if any of the following applies:

    • False information is provided.

    • The applicant has previously violated the Terms.

    • The Company otherwise deems the applicant inappropriate for registration.


Article 3 (Account Management)

  1. Users are responsible for appropriately managing their email addresses, passwords, and other account information.

  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from unauthorized use of a user’s account.


Article 4 (International Shipping and Customs)

  1. As the Services involve international shipping from Japan, shipping methods, delivery times, customs procedures, and the presence or amount of import duties may vary by destination country.

  2. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any related charges shall be borne by the user.

  3. The Company shall not be liable for delays or returns caused by customs inspections or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

  4. Users are responsible for ensuring that the products are permitted for import under the laws and regulations of their destination country.


Article 5 (Purchase of Products)

  1. Users may purchase products by following the procedures displayed on the Site.

  2. A purchase contract is considered concluded when the Company sends an order confirmation email.

  3. Product prices, shipping fees, and other charges shall be based on the amounts displayed at the time of order.


Article 6 (Payment)

  1. Payment methods shall be those designated by the Company (such as credit card, PayPal, or other online payment services).

  2. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment service providers. The Company does not store credit card information.

  3. Any disputes related to payment shall be handled directly between the user and the relevant payment service provider.


Article 7 (Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations)

  1. Due to the nature of cross-border e-commerce, returns, exchanges, and order cancellations due to user convenience are generally not accepted.

  2. If a product is defective, the user must notify the Company within 7 days of delivery.

  3. The following cases shall not be considered defects and are not subject to returns or exchanges:

    • Delays caused by customs or international logistics

    • Damage occurring during overseas transportation

    • Color, size, or texture discrepancies resulting from a user’s perception

    • Specifications within acceptable variance as indicated on the product page

  4. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Company only when a defect is confirmed.


Article 8 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

  • Violations of laws or regulations

  • Unauthorized access or fraudulent payments

  • Providing false information

  • Purchasing large quantities for resale or engaging in commercial resale

  • Actions that cause nuisance to others or obstruct the Company’s operations


Article 9 (Disclaimer of Liability)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from natural disasters, international circumstances, transportation delays, customs issues, or other events beyond its control.

  2. Although the Company strives to provide accurate product information, it does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of such information.

  3. Even in cases where the Company’s liability is recognized, compensation shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant product.


Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company shall handle users’ personal information appropriately in accordance with its separately established Privacy Policy.

 

Customs Duties and Taxes

Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
